SPERRIN MEAL GROUP 2002/2003 RULES       Print Meal Group Rules

  1. Membership is renewable each year to Co-op members on completion of application form and payment of a commitment fee.
  2. The committee may terminate membership where it considers that continued membership may be to the detriment of the group.
  3. All members are bound by the rules.
  4. It is the responsibility of each member to inform himself of the rules.
  5. Each member shall be supplied with a copy of the rules.
  6. New members shall be accepted at the discretion of the committee on receipt of the completed application form and commitment fee.
  7. Failure to comply with any rule or rules may, at the discretion of the committee, result in membership being suspended or terminated.
  8. Members must not have any commitment to any particular meal firm.
  9. Members must be prepared to accept the best value for money tender decided by the committee.
  10. Information received by members will be expected to be treated as confidential.
  11. Minimum tonnage which can be tendered for by any member is a total of 4 tonnes.
  12. Unless stated otherwise minimum bulk order will be 3 tones.
  13. Sperrin Producers Co-operative Limited will not be liable for any debts incurred by members.
  14. Unless stated otherwise payment for meal received MUST be made direct to the meal firm within 30 days of delivery.
  15. The meal firm reserves the right to withhold supply if any member falls into arrears.
  16. Sperrin Producers Co-operative reserve the right to be informed by the meal firm if any member falls into arrears.
  17. Fees

  18. Sperrin Meal Group is a branch of Sperrin Producers Co-operative of which you must be a member.
  19. A commitment fee to the Meal Group of £20 will be payable along with a completed application form and will be reimbursed at the end of the tender period, after having taken delivery of 100% - 150% of your tonnage commitment, and deemed to be credit worthy by the meal firm.
  20. The committee decides all fees and levies.

  1. Membership is renewable each year to Co-op members on completion of application form and payment of a commitment fee.

  10. Minimum delivery on any occasion shall be 900 litres.
  11. The secretary must receive members written requirements 2 working days before the first day of the relevant tendering month.
  12. Sperrin Producers Co-operative Limited will not be liable for any debts incurred by members.
  13. Unless stated otherwise payment for fuel to be made direct to the Fuel Company by the 15th of the following month after the delivery.
  14. The fuel company reserves the right to withhold supply if any member falls in to arrears.
  15. Sperrin Producers Co-operative reserves the right to be informed by the fuel company if any member falls into arrears.
  16. Fees

  17. Sperrin Fuel Group is a branch of Sperrin Producers Co-operative of which the minimum share holding is 25 £l shares.
  18. A commitment fee of£l0 will be payable along with a completed application form and will be reimbursed at the end of the calendar year after having been deemed to be credit worthy by the fuel company and taken delivery of all fuel tendered for.
  19. The committee decides all fees and levies.
